System Requirements
• System 7 or later.
• QuickTime 1.6.1 or later. Some features required QuickTime 2.0.
• MIDI Manager is required for MIDI recording.
• ScreenMovie68K work on both 68K and PPC Mac.
• ScreenMoviePPC is PowerMac Native.
Quick Start:
1) Choose Record Video/Record Sound/Record MIDI to indicate what you want to record. You can chose more than one. Choose Record Sound and choose mic in Sound Control Pannel will record your voice.
2) Set the related settings to whatever you want. Just don't expect to capture 24bit full screen while running another CPU intensive program. ;-) Be reasonable!
3) Choose New Movie to specify the movie file to record to. (This also put ScreenMovie in standby mode. You cannot change any setting.)
4) When you are ready. Choose Start Recording.
5) Switch to another program and do whatever you want to be recorded.
[Tips : You can record your screen saver into a movie. Set your screen saver to move slow. Speed up the movie with DesktopMovie later.]
6) Choose Stop Recording.
7) Choose Close Movie.
8) You can now use any movie player to play the movie.

All Midi convert general MIDI files to QuickTime music movies.
• Batch processing: Drag and drop files or folder to the All Midi Icon for automatic convert.
• Identify Midi file by content: You can drop a Midi file with any file type/creator/extension. All Midi will convert Midi files base on its content, and ignore non-midi files. No need to change file type.
• Hold down option key before each convert to access the Rearranget MIDI instruments dialog.
1) Prepare your script in DeskTopText. Make a text movie subtitle track.
2) Connect your VCR/LD to the video in. Play something!
3) Run DeskTopTV, and chose white as transparent color.
4) Play the text movie in DeskTopMovie in front of DeskTopTV.
5) For recording, connect a TV monitor and VCR to the video out.
You can also subtitle a QuickTime movie by adding the text track to
any movie with the "Add Movie in parallel" function in DeskTopMovie.

If you are registered user of MovieTrilogy. You already register to Screen Movie.
MovieTrilogy is released as shareware. You are encouraged to make copies of MovieTrilogy and distribute to anybody through electronic services or on disks less than 2MB, provided you also copy the associated documentation. Distribution of MovieTrilogy on CD-ROM and all other high capacity (over 2MB) media is strictly prohibited.
You can try it out for 30 days. If you like it, The single user registration fee for international users is US$30.00. Canadian residents only pay Cdn$30.00 by cash or cheque. For $10 extra I will send you a disk with the latest version of MovieTrilogy. All register user will receive a small 'Key file' by email (or on disk) and update notice by email. The 'Key file' will enable you to have access to varies Register user only features. Registration confirmation will be given by email only unless explicitly requested.
